Product Description

Organic Alfalfa Powder

    Alfalfa powder is a plant extract made from the whole herb of the legume plant Medicago sativa through cleaning, drying, grinding and other processes. The finished product is a fine powder of brown to brown color with a fineness of up to 80-100 mesh. The main active ingredients include flavonoids (content 10%-80%), saponins, triterpenes and polysaccharides. The detection methods mostly use scientific methods such as HPLC and TLC. The product needs to be sealed and stored in a cool and dry environment. The shelf life is usually 24 months. As a food additive and nutritional enhancer, it is widely used in food fields such as solid beverages and compressed candies, complementing its traditional medicinal effects.
